Basic salary + commission.
For established agents in any sector who already run their own book and can generate revenue. Bring a track record of securing work, strong industry relationships and talent with the potential to join your book at Fitzrovia Talent.
Lead and grow your own roster, originate business and develop a clear commercial plan. Coordinate our Associate Agents, support their development, align outreach and bookings, and maintain a clear view of team activity and results. We welcome expertise across performance, dance, creators, creative and technical disciplines, and other specialist spaces.

Remote and commission-only. You receive 75% of the agency fee on qualifying business under your agreed terms—not the artist’s gross earnings. There is no guaranteed salary. Fee calculations, payment timing and responsibilities are agreed before engagement.
Senior Agent terms
A basic salary plus commission, combining responsibility for your own book with coordination of Associate Agents. Salary and commission details are discussed during recruitment.
