Who handles your information

Fitzrovia Talent, Academic House, 24–28 Oval Road, London NW1 7DJ, handles the information collected through this website. Email hello@fitzroviatalent.com for privacy questions, corrections or requests.

Enquiries, applications and representation

We collect the contact details, messages, project briefs, professional history, links and files you choose to submit. We use them to respond, assess applications, discuss bookings and manage professional relationships. This supports our legitimate interests in running the agency and, where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering a contract or fulfilling that contract. Required fields are needed to handle the relevant request; optional fields can be left blank.

Talent profiles and onboarding

Invited candidates complete their own password-protected onboarding profile. We hold biographies, professional skills, playing ages, credits, training, photos, reels, social links and any supplied follower counts for agency review. Submissions remain drafts until approved. Published profile information is intended to be visible to visitors and may be included in casting packs and shared shortlists.

We also use the public professional Spotlight profiles supplied by talent to check skills, credits and other visible professional information periodically. We retain the source link and allow the agency to edit or hide imported information. This supports our legitimate interest in maintaining accurate representation information. Please contact us if a source or profile needs correcting.

Heritage and ethnicity are optional sensitive information. Please discuss with the team whether you want these included and the appropriate permission before publication. Do not upload private identity documents, medical information or unrelated sensitive details through these forms. Applications for children should be made by a parent or guardian; public profiles should not include their private contact details or home address.

Shortlists and feedback

Your enquiry basket and unfinished enquiry are stored in your browser session. Sending an enquiry saves the submitted brief and selected talent for the agency. Creating a shared shortlist saves the selected profiles and title; anyone with access to its link can view it and the names, roles and comments added there. Do not include confidential or sensitive information in shared comments. Links expire after 30 days and can be revoked with the management link. Expiry restricts access; it does not itself promise immediate deletion of stored records.

Casting updates

Registration records your name, work email, company, role, interests and consent so we can send relevant talent updates. This use is based on your consent. You can withdraw through the unsubscribe link provided at registration or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect earlier use of your information.

Cookies and external services

Essential storage supports sign-in, onboarding, enquiry baskets and your privacy choices. When enabled on the public site, optional Google measurement and advertising tools and Apollo visitor intelligence require your cookie choice. Instagram content is blocked until you choose to load it. See our cookie policy for controls and provider links.

Following external social, Spotlight or showreel links takes you to services with their own privacy practices. Embedded services receive connection information, including your IP address, when you load them.

Who receives information

Authorised agency staff use private submissions. Hosting, database and file-storage services support site operation; this site uses Sites hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure. Talent information and relevant booking information may be shared with the casting or production contacts involved in a request. We may also disclose information where legally required. Optional third-party services may process data outside the UK under their own published arrangements; contact us for information about the arrangements applicable to your data.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiries and applications while needed to assess them, follow up and manage any resulting relationship. Representation records are retained for that relationship and relevant record-keeping or dispute requirements. Casting-update details are retained until withdrawal or removal; a limited opt-out record may be kept to respect your choice. Retention depends on the purpose and record rather than a single automatic deletion date. Contact us to request deletion or ask about a particular record.

Your rights and complaints

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time. Email the address above; we may need to verify your identity. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office. We do not use these website forms to make solely automated recruitment or representation decisions.
