What should I include in a casting enquiry?
Send the project type, role or voice brief, proposed dates, recording or performance location and budget range. For commercial work, include the intended media, territories and usage term. Tell us about any exclusivity, options or planned reuse so the agent can assess the complete brief.
Does a published profile confirm availability?
No. A profile shows the artist and the areas in which the agency represents them. Availability, suitability, fees and the terms of a booking must be confirmed by the agent for your particular project.
Can I enquire about several artists together?
Yes. Use the shortlist controls on the roster and profiles, then send a casting enquiry with your selected artists and project requirements. If you have not chosen anyone yet, send the brief and describe the experience or performance you need.
Where should representation applications go?
Use the separate representation application route rather than the client casting form. Include the materials requested there so the team can assess your application. An application is not confirmation of representation.
