A voice brief that gets to the detail.

What should a voiceover casting brief include?

Include the script or word count, intended audience, tone, language and accent requirements, proposed recording dates and budget range. For commercials, specify the media, territories, usage term, exclusivity and any planned versions or reuse. Flag any proposed synthetic voice or AI use separately for discussion.

How should I use the voice reels?

Listen to the published reels and check the representation areas shown on each profile. Add suitable artists to your shortlist and send the project brief with it. A reel demonstrates previous work; it does not confirm availability, a particular recording setup or consent to a new use.

What recording and delivery details should I send?

Tell us whether the session is in person or remote, where it will take place, whether live direction is needed and what files, edits or versions you require. Include delivery deadlines. Recording arrangements, fees and usage must be agreed with the agent before a booking is confirmed.
